Vicksburg

Vicksburg is located at the south end of the inland delta of the Mississippi River, at the confluence of the Yazoo River, in the state of Mississippi, United States of America. It has a metropolitan population of 49 thousand.1 Tourists visit the Vicksburg National Military Park, which honors the seige of the town by the federal government against the slavers' rebel state. The city has a notorious history of White supremacist violence.
