Salto, Uruguay
Salto, Uruguay, a city of 104 thousand,1 is along the Uruguay River opposite from Concordia, Argentina, although the nearest bridge between them, across the Salto Grande Dam, is just north of town. The area is served by the Nueva Hespérides International Airport.2
