Congonhas

Congonhas in Minas Gerais1 State, Southeast Region, Brasil (Brazil), is known for the UNESCO World Heritage Site, Sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Matosinhos with its 18th century soapstone scultures by Aleijadinho of Judeo-Christian prophets and other works with Christian themes.
