Žd'ár nad Sázavou

Žd'ár nad Sázavou is a small city on the Sázava River1 in the northwest part of southern Morava (Moravia), Česká (Czech) Republic. It has a population of 23 thousand2 and is best known for the Pilgrimage Church of St. John of Nepomuk at Zelená Hora, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The church's architect was Jan Blazej Santini and it was built in the 18th century using a 5-pointed star inner design surrounded by a 10-pointed star of cloisters.3
