Tulcea

Tulcea is a city of about 92 thousand residents¹ located in eastern România, on the right bank of the Dunarêa (Dunav, Danube), just before the river mouthes branch out. It is a gateway for tourists who wish to visit the delta, a World Heritage Site, with its hundreds of species of birds, including pelicans and cormorants.
