Tomar

Tomar is a city of nearly 41 thousand1 located on the Nabão River2 in the Médio Tejo Intermunicipal Community of Portugal. Its Convent of Christ, originally built by the Templar Order in the 12th century, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. It was embelished and enlarged in the late 15th century.3
