The only cities in south Asia that topped 100 thousand in 1200 or 1300 that were not included in my maps were Dilli (in its own union territory that I group with nearby union territories and states) and Gaur in West Bengal (which I also group with nearby states). Both cities had only 60 to 99 thousand in 1200 but grew to 100 to 199 thousand by 1300. Both divisions are mapped for a different time period, just not for this one.
