Segovia

Segovia, a city of nearly 57 thousand,1 is located on the left bank of the Eresma River,2 below the Guadarrama Mountains, in its eponymous province, in Castile and León Autonomous Community, España (Spain). Its older quarters and its Roman aqueduct are together honored by UNESCO as a World Heritage Site, which includes the 16th century cathedral and the Alcázar castle.3 The aqueduct is a popular tourist attraction.4
