San Sebastián, a city of over 186 thousand,1 with a metropolitan population of nearly 405 thousand,2 is located on the former course and delta of the Urumea River, now canalized,3 in Gipuzkoa (Guipúzkoa) Province, in País Vasco Autonomous Community, España (Spain).
