Safranbolu is a city of just over 40 thousand1 located in north central Türkiye (Turkey). It is honored as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its Ottoman era buildings including the Old Mosque, the Old Bath, and the Süeyman Pasha Medrese (all from 1322); the Cinci Inn (1640-8); the K&ouuml;prülüu Mosque (1661); and the Let Pasha Mosque (1796).1
