Orléans

Orléans is a city of 113 thousand¹ located along the Loire River and capital of both the Loiret Department and of the Centre Region in France. It is within the UNESCO World Heritage Site covering a stretch of the Loire Valley, its agricultural and culture. The valley is also a tourist attraction.² The tallest building is the cathedral of Sainte-Croix (374 feet high, built from 1287 to 1511 and reconstructed after the Huegeonts destroyed it in 1568).³
