Napier-Hastings

Napier-Hastings is an urban area centered on the southwest of Hawke's Bay on the east coast of New Zealand's North Island. Its urban area has 129 thousand residents, with 60 thousand under the Napier city council.¹ Napier's art deco buildings, built after a 1931 earthquake, are popular with tourists.
