Kisangani

Kisangani(1), is located at the bend of the great central African river, where it changes names from Lualaba to Congo, in the Democratic Republic of Congo(2).

Its metropolitan population just recently passed the one million mark(3). The only nearby tourist site is a form of net fishing, using nets suspended by what looks like wicker-work over a falls.
