Most Kazakhs in Kazakhstan speak Kazakh and are Sunni Moslems. It is possible that a substantial minority, while ethnically Kazakh and Moslem, speak Russian as their first language and Kazakh as their second. This is difficult to know since the national government persecutes them. In the parts of Kazakhstan where Russians are not the majority, there may be, as well, some ethnic Russians, all Orthodox Christians(1), but is more probable that they have all left.
(1) At least in cultural background.
