Jawor

Jawor, formerly Jauer, is a city in Doinośląskie Province, Polska (Poland) on a feeder to the Odra (Oder) River. It has a population of 24 thousand.1 It is honored by UNESCO for its Peace Church, allowed to be built by Lutherans, a national minority, by the Treaty of Westphalen (1648).
