Foz do (Falls of) Iguazçu, a city of 264 thousand,1 is located where the Iguazçu flows into and extends along the Iguazçu as far as the national park that contains the famous falls in Paraná state, South Region, Brasil (Brazil). The park is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and tourist attraction. Besides the spectacular falls, the parks features plant life, the urutu viper, birds and mammals. The falls are shared by a park of the same name in Argentine, also a World Heritage Site.3
The tallest building is las Hadas (282 feet).4
The area is served by the Foz do Iguazçu International Airport, one of the nation's busiest.5
