The only East Asian city that topped 200 thousand in 1700 or 1800 that is not mapped is Xi'an in Shannxi (which I group with Ningxia). (This area is covered for other periods--just not this one.) Xi'an started in the 100 to 199 thousand range and reached 200-399 thousand.
