The only city in east Asia that topped 100 thousand in 1100 or 1200 that was not included in my maps was Guangzhou, in Guangdong Province, which was only 40 and 99 thousand in 1100 but grew to 100 to 199 thousand in 1200. The province is mapped for a different time period, just not for this one.
