Dublin

Ireland's largest city and capital, Dublin, is located on the east coast of Ireland, at the mouth of the Liffey. Nearly 1.1 million people live there.1 The tallest conventional building is the 16 story Liberty Hall. It is also called Baile Átha Cliath. The mathematician, Sir William Rowan Hamilton, who also contributed to optics, was born in Dublin and worked there at Trinity College.
