Canterbury

Canterbury is a city of over 40 thousand1 located in southeast England on the Great Stour River. It is renowned for three churches, which together constitute a World Heritage Site: Christ Church Cathedral, with its stained glass windows; St. Martin's Church, which dates to before 597 CE; and the ruins of St. Augustine's Abbey.
