Benin City

Benin is a city of more than two million residents1 in Edo State, Nigeria. Also called Benin City, it had over a million residents in 2000.2 Among the buildings of the city is the Samuel Ogbemudia Stadium, used mostly for soccer. The majority are Edo speakers3 and are probably Christian.
