اربيل (Arbīl)

اربيل (Arbīl) in Arabic, also spelled Erbil and Irbil, حەولێر (Hewlêr) in Kurdish, also spelled Hawler, formerly called Arbela, is the capital of Arbīl Governorate, Iraq and has more than one million residents1. Among its buildings are the ten story Erbil International Hotel and the Franso Hariri Stadium, used for soccer. It also has an international airport.
